Come join these bi-weekly Soul Art classes to deepen your personal expression and to connect with others through conscious creativity. These classes offer a beautiful and sacred space to connect with and create amongst others with mindfulness, intention, and playful curiosity.  

Each Soul Art class will be devoted to a specific topic that will be posted the week prior to the class.  You will be guided through a Soul Art process to help you dive Soul deep and powerfully create art from that place. You will also have the opportunity to share your personal experience of the topic and your creative journey with the group.  This provides you with the opportunity to explore and embody your highest creative potential along side others. Together we can move mountains!

Our personal creativity is such a rich and powerful component of our lives, however we choose to express it.  When we learn to tune into and clearly direct our creative energy, what we can accomplish in our lives is limitless. We find that we are not only creating art but re-creating ourselves with every conscious, creative journey. Our lives become the art. We become the art. This is Embodied creativity. Please join me and a beautiful group of people to embody and express the richness that your creative Soul has to offer.  

You do not need to have any previous art experience to join these classes, just a curious heart and an open mind. If you are already an artist then these classes will help to deepen your creative expression. We will primarily utilize drawing and/or collage to make our art. 

There is no commitment required to join - please feel free to come to all of the classes or just the ones that call you.  The classes are purposely kept small so please RSVP if you want to join in. You will be provided a journal to draw in and to record any insights. Feel free to bring any sacred or special objects related to the class topic to be placed on an altar or to have with you on your journey.

SCHEDULE

1. February 3rd: Art as Personal, Community, & Global Activism

   In this class we will discuss not only how art can be a source of personal growth but also a source of personal activism to help us to step into our power. We will go on a guided, creative journey to look at how honoring our values not only guides us to our own personal transformation, but how embodying and expressing what we value creates a ripple effect in our communities and on a global scale.

2. February 17th : Cultivate Your Creative Power

   We are all creative beings and we harness and direct our creative energy in ways that are unique to us. We are not all professional artists, but we are the artists of our lives. This class will show you the places where your creativity shines and empowers you, as well as the places where you may have blocked your creative power due to expectations, trauma, people's opinions, fear of safety, etc. Learn how to alchemize old fears and beliefs through art so that your creative energy can flow through you and your life unhindered and in its complete, natural power.

3. March 2nd: Learn to Create With Intention

   Come join in on today’s class and the topic of intentional creativity. You will be guided through an art journey held in the sacred container of intention to help you embody your next level of creation - whether that be an art piece, a business, a home, a relationship, your health, your day, or whatever you can dream of! You are the art, and are in constant creation. Learn how to clearly channel your creative energy through the power of intention and consciously create your life!

In these weekly Soul Art classes we will not only be exploring the chakras, but enjoy connecting to ourselves and our community through conscious creativity. These classes offer a beautiful and sacred space to connect and create with others in mindfulness, intention, and lots of playfulness. You will have the opportunity to explore your highest creative potential along side others. We are all a reflection of each other, and often our greatest teachers are those sitting next to us. Each class will be devoted to a specific chakra and its role in our health and our lives. I will guide you through a Soul Art process each week to help you dive deep, create freely, laugh whole-heartedly, connect safely and fully, and embody your energy in a whole new capacity. Our energetic anatomy is such a rich and powerful component of our lives. When we learn to tune into it and direct our energy home to ourselves, what we can then accomplish in our lives is limitless. Please join me and a beautiful group of people to embody and express the richness your creative Soul has to offer.

7. December 9th: The Third Eye Chakra - Seek Only the Truth

8. December 16th: The Crown Chakra - Live Only in the Present Moment

9. December 23rd(???): Depends on holiday schedule - Possible Bonus Chakra

10. December 30th: Soul Star - Connecting to Your Essence & Higher Purpose
